Thinker provides product engineering, digital platform design, internal tool development, and database architecture based on formal technical proposals and agreed Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Upon full settlement of agreed financial terms, 100% of all custom deliverables, source code, and intellectual property developed for the project transfer completely to the client without residual licensing fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, requirements, and necessary access credentials to ensure project timelines and execution milestones are met efficiently.
4. Payment & Milestone Terms
Projects are billed according to structured delivery milestones. Milestone completions undergo joint verification and testing against agreed technical specifications.
5. Warranty & Liability
Thinker includes an operational warranty period following project launch to remediate any software bugs or technical defects, maintaining high standards of software craftsmanship.
